Trendy Clothes
My mother in law asked me the other day if I would go with her to help her choose a few trendy clothes for the fall. I’ve always thought she dressed pretty well on her own, but she said she feels like, compared to other women her age, her clothing was a bit dated. Have I mentioned that my mother in law is in her mid-70’s? I can’t imagine my own mom worrying about trendy clothes when she is in her mid-70’s, but then again I could be wrong.
I thought it was really sweet that my mother in law places value on my taste in choosing trendy clothes, so I’m going to pick her up sometime later this week and take her to the mall. I’m also going to order her a few sweaters and shirts from one of my favorite clothing websites. It’s where I buy most of my own trendy clothes and she always compliments me on what I wear, so I’m sure she’ll like whatever I order. Looks like my mother in law is going to be the hippest grandma on the block this fall.
