I have the great luck of knowing a good friend of mine who has been a hair care professional for a few years. She always offers to cut my hair for free and she has never let me down so far! I like to do some crazy thing with the different hair styles that I like to grow and maintain, and thanks to my knowledgeable friend, Alex, hair care has never been easier or better for me. Take the other day, when she was over offering her free hair care services, and I was asking her what I could do to get a permanent blue colored hair dye for when my band is shooting our music videos and on tour, and taking new photos for our forthcoming record. She told me about some hair care tips that she had heard, where more people are using what are called stains to dye their hair as opposed to semi-permanent, colored dyes; most colored dyes are messy, they bleed a lot and they wash out in a few weeks. I had never heard about stains before, but she said that next time she is over she will be bringing some blue stians so that we can give it whirl—I can’t wait!
