trendy clothesMy friend has a unique way of remembering what trendy clothes she wants to save for or put on her holiday wish list. She has a boat load of magazine subscriptions after trading in some left over air miles for a list of publications available through the airline. Every time I go over there she has a couple new mags to thumb threw. She goes through them with a mission to find pictures of trendy clothes she would look good in. After finding an ad with a shirt, skirt, pair of pants, shoes, purse even hair style she likes, it is ripped out and saved in a folder kept in her bedroom closet.

After saving up, she will pull out the folder of trendy clothes pictures and figure out something to buy. Since many trendy clothes come with a hefty price tag, she keeps the more expensive items like sunglasses or purses for holiday wish lists. Judging from here folder full of magazine ads and pictures she will have a long wish list of trendy clothes this year. I think she is on to something with this little hobby.
