Hair Care
I found gray in my hair years ago. It was small and expected. My mother had a gray patch from her early twenties. I started my gray spot in my late twenties. I hide my gray with hair die for years. Then I got married. I stopped doing much hair care after the kids were born. At one point I realized it had been a year since had cut my hair. I had not even had a trim. I had really let my hair care slide. I rushed out and had my hair cut that day. That revealed that my small gray spot had turned into a large gray patch. My hair seemed dry and damaged even after the hair cut. I am in my thirties and my hair looked like it belonged to someone in their sixties. I needed to invest into some hair care products to repair and prevent damage and to hide my gray. I never paid that much attention to my hair before. I always expected it to stay the same, and be healthy. Now I have to put some work and effort to improve and maintain the health of my hair.
